"Welcome. I am not a fan of bulky websites. There seems to be far too much info out there as it is....besides I am a very private person that developed this site to act as a handshake: a way to say 'hello, this is what I am about. Let's work and walk together.'
I believe impact is best measured in what you leave behind”

It’s everywhere: cases of depression, stress and people under immense pressure. An unorthodox approach to healing is found in dance therapy.
Dance movement psychotherapy (DMP) is the psychotherapeutic use of movement and dance to support intellectual, emotional, and motor functions of the body. As a form of expressive therapy, DMT looks at the correlation between movement and emotion. It seeks to help individuals achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration. Beneficial for both physical and mental health.

Both men possess proven skill sets in galvanizing positivity in individuals while strengthening participants and students from the inside out. Classes are scheduled to begin at the end of March 2018.
